Faby Médina began ballet classes when she was five years old, and classical singing at age 14. She made her professional debut when, age 20, she joined Jérôme Savary's production of Bertolt Brecht's “The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui” starring Guy Bedos, where she was able to express her talent as a singer and a dancer. This was also her introduction to acting, which became her second passion.

New encounters followed with musicians in jazz, gospel and popular music, singers from many different backgrounds, actors and directors, leading to ensembles, groups and projects that would forge Faby's experience. Whether in musicals, concerts, albums, commercials, music videos, short films or as a featured artist, Faby has performed alongside leading French and international artists such as Michael Bolton, Guillaume Canet, Gérald De Palmas, Kelly Roland, Rod Stewart, Indochine, Thiéfaine, Tina Arena, Céline Dion, Jessie Norman, Cunnie Williams, Garou, Didier Lockwood, Amel Bent, Micky Green and Dick Annegarn among many others.

Faby Médina also composes for film and television, including the single “Femme”, part of the original soundtrack for “Yamakasi” by Luc Besson.

Her greatest passion is, however, jazz, a music she has listened to her entire life. After studying piano and vocals at the Bill Evans Piano Academy, in 2001 she made a decisive encounter with one of the great names in jazz, Mr. Claude Bolling who revealed her as a jazz singer. Thanks to him, she has been able to express herself fully in this music. As the female vocalist with Claude Bolling Big Band, she delights audiences at prestigious concerts and jazz festivals. Faby continues to spread her wings and has released her first and very personal album, titled “Following Love”.
